Cobalt Cove is a neighborhood of 43 single-family houses built by Centex Homes in The Quarry. The houses range from 1,600 to almost 2,800 square feet in a variety of floorplans. The Quarry is being developed around a lake large enough for boating and features lake, tennis and golf lodges.
